Approve Agreement

If storm-related damage is evident and the property owner desires a full roof replacement that is paid for and approved by insurance, then MOD will assist in calling in the claim and beginning the process.

Our simple one-page Contingency Agreement is our handshake on paper, giving MOD approval from the property owner to discuss the details of your project with the insurance company.

Reports + Adjuster Meeting

MOD will order property reports, collect measurements, and organize the storm damage replacement value as part of our preparation for meeting with your insurance adjuster. This due dilligence makes the process smooth and expedites any repair needs.

Your certified MOD Inspector will walk the property with the insurance adjuster to ensure that all the storm-related damage that should be replaced is properly assessed for their initial estimate.

Review + Approve

The Claims Department at MOD will review the initial adjusters report and supplement accordingly for any items that were incorrect in measurement or value, and submit for final approval.

Once this stage is completed, a Project Manager from MOD will schedule the work accordingly.

Installation

Upon approval by the insurance company, MOD will order all materials and schedule your project. The first check is due on the date of the installation, with the remaining check(s) due once all our work is completed in accordance with the insurance company approval and issuance of final payment on the project.

Remember: nearly all the work we do here at MOD Construction Group is 100% paid for and approved by insurance.
